  • The Situation

    Mom’s Meals, a provider of refrigerated, home-delivered meals had a legacy of serving the needs of healthcare audiences, from patients to payers to HCPS, through Medicare and Medicaid. With an opportunity to expand their business within healthcare and grow into the direct to consumer space, Mom’s Meals needed a modern brand refresh to ensure relevancy among new audiences.

    Leveraging secondary and primary market research to ground a unique point of difference in key insights, an updated positioning and messaging strategy helped bring their emotive origins and mission forward in a way that would resonate with a diverse set of audiences. Fueled by the revitalized human-centric strategy, the new visual identity system brought he established warmth, care, and familial values of Mom’s Meals up to date and into a new era.

    With a market-ready brand in hand, Mom’s Meals was eager to share their refreshed story with new audiences. For their first foray into the direct to consumer space, we created a comprehensive digital campaign highlighting the brand’s unique position of making healthy, wholesome meals accessible to everyone. The campaign performed extremely well and ultimately won the 2023 GDUSA Digital Design Award.

Brand Development

Modern and minimalistic yet warm and welcoming, the updated logo, iconography, photography, and messaging were designed to balance B2B with B2C for versatility and universal approachability.

The new brand was extended with a focus on the people behind the Mom’s Meals mission—reflecting the remarkable impact Mom’s Meals makes on so many lives.

Campaign Assets

Delivering consumers more—more nutrition, taste, quality—for less became the driving concept for the campaign. Benefit-driven messages were crafted using data-driven, psychographic consumer profiles and animation was added to reinforce variety and value.
